Prescriber Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 30, 2026

Medvisit is operated by Mednow Inc. and/or its affiliates (“Medvisit,” “Mednow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal information from healthcare prescribers and applicants who request access to, register for, or use the Medvisit prescriber platform, including our prescriber request page, onboarding process, and mobile application.

This Privacy Policy applies to licensed healthcare professionals and prescriber applicants who request to become Medvisit partners or use the Medvisit prescriber app.

1. Who the Medvisit Prescriber App Is For

The Medvisit prescriber app is intended for licensed healthcare prescribers who may provide healthcare services through the Medvisit/Mednow platform.

Access to the app is controlled because the app may involve healthcare workflows, patient-related information, professional credentialing, regulatory obligations, and privacy-sensitive information. The app is not intended for general patient or consumer use.

Prescribers may request to become Medvisit partners through our public doctor request page at: https://doctors.medvisit.ca/

We review request submissions and eligibility details, generally within two business days. If a prescriber is eligible and the required credentialing and contracting process is completed, we provide temporary app credentials so the prescriber can sign in and complete onboarding inside the app.

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or access to the Medvisit platform.
